Small Group Music Lessons in Nature with Adam Phillips, Founder of the Folk Orchestra. Get away from screens and learn to play music in the shade of an oak tree. Small group lessons meet at local parks and walk (5-10 minutes) to a beautiful clearing. Connect with nature and safely with other people while immersing yourself in the simple ukulele, acoustic guitar, or voices singing in harmony.
FRIDAYS – starts October 23nd for 6 weeks at Stevens Park 9 – NO CLASS THANKSGIVING WEEK
Beginning Folk Guitar – 9am – $150
Folk Songs and Singing – 10:15am – $150
Beginning Ukulele – @ 11:30am – $200 includes soprano uke ($150 if you have your own)
SATURDAYS – starts October 24nd for 6 weeks @ Rocky Nook Park – NO CLASS THANKSGIVING WEEK

Intermediate Ukulele 2 – @ 10:15am – $150

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
Beginning Folk Guitar – you’ve had a guitar sitting in your room forever, now it is time to get the basic chords down and start being able to play and sing your favorite songs.
Beginning Ukulele – have fun learning to strum and fingerpick basic chords on this happy little instrument. “This class is like therapy in nature.” We have fun!
Intermediate Ukulele – you already know basic chords but want help with more strumming and picking technique – join our class! It’s a great group!
Folk Songs and Singing – learn a traditional folk song each week! A little bit of history, a lot of singing, learn some harmonies, and pick up some singing technique along the way. It has been a blast!
