How can we find closure for what has happened, and at the same time find the energy and inspiration to create a new path for ourselves in this interdependent, fluid world? Many of us feel bruised by personal challenges, COVID scare, and unsettled world and climate. Mindfulness, compassion, forgiveness and, most of all, gratitude helps us to find resolution. The practice of rededicating our meaning and purpose, affirming our trust in life, and setting a clear intention and creative motivation of the heart will give us the inner security to find our way forward.
