Lotte Lehmann Concert (UCSB)
Under the direction of Dr. Sarah Gibson, the UCSB Ensemble for Contemporary Music (ECM) will present a concert titled Colorations, on Tuesday, May 24, 2022, at 7:30 pm, in Lotte Lehmann Concert Hall on the UC Santa Barbara campus.
Honoring the late William Kraft, former Corwin Chair and director of the UCSB Ensemble for Contemporary Music, our ensemble will open our performance with his imaginative work, Colorations. The evening will continue with works exploring time, transformation, and life through works by Lyons, Shekhar, Yi, Benson, Cerrone, and Steinke. This performance will also include world premieres by UCSB PHD students Diego Ratto & Deniz Çağlarcan.
