We’re back with a new Vegan Dinner concept and Residency from Chef Christopher Rayman at Sama Sama Kitchen!

Join us at our communal table as we gather for a carefully curated 5 course vegan feast for the senses from our local Santa Barbara farms prepared by Chef Rayman of Sproutcraft Creamery and Terra Ad Caelum pop ups.

Olive Powder. Pickled Shallot. Sour Dough.

Second Course:
Artichoke Hearts. Cashew Chèvre. Nettle Emulsion.
Spring Garlic. Radish + Borage Blossoms.
Squash Powder. Preserved Rangpur Lime.

Third Course:
Spring Pea Cream. Meyer Lemon Oil. Seared Hakuri
Turnip. Zucchini Blossom. Smoked King
Oyster Mushroom. Spring Onion.

Fourth Course:
Black Rice Dumpling. Cashew Kim Chi Filling. Dashi
Broth. Sweet Soy. Porcini. Chive. Nori.
Cilantro Blossom.

Fifth Course:
Strawberry Panna Cotta. Candied Ginger.
Macadamia Short Bread. Purple Basil.

Cost: $75 per plate / $110 with Sama Sama wine pairing
