Join Teagan Rose, an Embodied Healing Guide and Voice Coach, as you learn to move beyond blockages in your vocal expression and liberate the stories that stifle your ability to be your most creatively expressed self.
Voice Activation is a method of using your sound to heal the body and the psyche. Practices may include breathwork, singing, active listening and responding practices, toning, theatrical voice work and somatic movement. The goal and benefit is empowerment of your entire instrument: body, mind, and spirit.
