Eileen M. Rubino; of Santa Barbara; died July 27. She was 92. Visitation will be Monday August 4, from 9 am to 5 pm at the Welch-Ryce-Haider downtown location. Graveside service will be Tuesday, August 5 at 1 pm at the Santa Barbara Cemetery. Arrangements by Welch-Ryce-Haider 965-5145.
