CUMMINGS, Andrew R. “C-Bear”, 22, of Santa Barbara, died in San Luis Obispo, CA on December 26, 2008. Visitation and Time of Reflection will take place on Friday, January 9, 2009, 9:00-Noon, at Greater Hope Baptist Church, 430 E. Figueroa St., Santa Barbara followed by the Funeral Service at Noon.
