ELLIOT, Ophelia, 91, Long time resident of Santa Barbara, passed away on January 21, 2009 at the Santa Barbara Convalescent Hospital. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends. Viewing will be held at Welch Ryce Haider on Saturday, January 31 from 11-3. No Services Planned.
