WILLIAMS, Kermit Earl; of Santa Barbara; died March 2, 2009; he was 91. Visitation – Monday, 1:00 – 5:00 pm at Welch-Ryce-Haider Santa Barbara Chapel. Service – Tuesday, 1:30 pm at First United Methodist Church. Interment at Santa Barbara Cemetery. Arrangements by Welch-Ryce-Haider 965-5145.
