THOMAS, Theo Carlyle, Jr., 52, died on Friday, December 25, 2009, at Cottage Hospital. A Memorial Service will be celebrated at Free Methodist Church, 1435 Cliff Drive. Interment will be at Santa Barbara Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to Pueblo del Rey Funeral Services (805) 895-8409.
