SIMMS, Felix E., 72, died February 25, 2010 at his residence in Santa Barbara surrounded by family and friends. A Memorial Service will be celebrated on Saturday, March 6, 2010, 1:00 P.M., at Free Methodist Church, 1435 Cliff Drive, Santa Barbara.
