[Updated: 7:26am] It is anticipated that at approximately 08:15, plus or minus 15 minutes, a rising of the ocean level will occur. The increase level is anticipated to be approximately one to three feet at Santa Barbara. Of equal concern is the significant currents and dangerous ocean conditions.
