Richard Dziuba

07/30/1946 – 01/02/2012

Rich was born and raised in Connecticut. He moved to California to attend graduate school at UCLA. He lived in numerous places in Southern California, eventually settling to Santa Barbara and working for the County of Santa Barbara for 10 years.

Rich devoted the final period of his life to assisting disabled adults at Devereux’s Adult Day Program and remained a devoted care giver up until the day he died. Rich was well known, had many friends, and was an incredible source of trivia and facts regarding sports and music. His death was sudden and unexpected. He has no immediate survivors.

There will be a gathering in his honor at Palmieri’s on Sunday, January 15th at 1:00pm.
