Our beloved sister, Ann Love, 75, passed away peacefully Tuesday morning, October 9, 2018 from complications related to Diabetes.

She was born in Rochester, NY. After high school, Ann moved to San Francisco with her best friends, Toni and Nancy. She lived there for 20 years, working for Fireman Fund. She then moved back to Santa Barbara and worked alongside her brother Chuck and friend Ulla at Love’s Towing for another 20 years. While there she was a member of the Tow Ladies. She was also a member of the Santa Barbara Business Woman’s Club, where she was president for one year. After retiring, she enjoyed spending time with family and friends. She was very artistic and belonged to a special group of ladies who enjoyed crafting together.

Ann was very dedicated to her family and friends. She was always willing to pitch in and help any way she could. We all have many memories of her being there for each one of us. Ann had an amazing smile and laugh. She could make anyone feel welcomed and loved.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Lucy Love. She is survived by her four siblings, Chuck, Marie, Vincent and Bob. Also, by 9 nieces and nephews and 19 great nieces and nephews, who all loved her dearly.

There will be a graveside service at Calvary Cemetery, Saturday, October 27 at 10:30 am. The address is 199 N. Hope Ave. A celebration of life reception will follow.
