Blanca Owens-Hernandez

Blanca Owens-Hernandez (56) Peacefully passed away at the Serenity House in Santa Barbara on December 3, 2018. Born on January 17, 1962 in San Nicholas, Jalisco, Mexico to her parents Jesus and Dolores Hernandez. She spent most of her life in Santa Barbara working for the elderly which she loved dearly and enjoyed spending time with her family at family gatherings, spending time with her grandchildren and just enjoyed living life to the fullest. Blanca is preceded in death by her parents Jesus and Dolores Hernandez and Siblings Tony and Socorro Hernandez. She is Survived by her Husband Raul Owens and Children Vanessa Hernandez, Raul and Jesse Owens, Her six grandchildren; Vincent Hernandez-Rea, Joseph and Shiloh Hernandez-Cordero, Shilah and Adam Jr. Ybarra and Andrew Prouty-Owens. Sisters Lupe and Rosalinda Hernandez and Clementina Hale. The family would like to thank the Doctors, Nurses, Staff and Volunteers at The Serenity House for taking the best care of Blanca in her last days. Rosary will be held on December 13, 2018 at Our Lady of Sorrows Church at 7pm on E. Sola st. Santa Barbara, Ca. Services will be held on December 14, 2018 at 9am. Arrangements are made by Pueblo Del Rey Funeral Services.
