David Jon Kuzen

David Kuzen, a well known and loved local and international surfer, passed away after an illness in Indonesia.

He was preceded in death by his father, Henry j. ( Huck ) Kuzen and his brother Steven Kuzen. He is survived by his mother, Joann Vincent, daughter Shirlyn Kuzen, both of the big Island, Hawaii, wife Rina Dahlen of Indonesia, brothers Dana (Hap ) and Cristopher Kuzen of Santa Barbara, sister Lorraine Kuzen-Stephens of Humboldt, Kansas, nephews Jacob, Simon and Benjamin and niece Anela.
