Martha Gonzalez

In loving memory of Martha Gonzalez (Valencia)
Martha was born in Santa Barbara to Manuel and Veronica Valencia (Romero), she was one of 11 siblings. Martha married the love of her life, Raymond Gonzalez from Santa Ynez. Married for 74 years, together they raised three children, Eddie, Frankie and Elena. Martha’s life was filled with an abundance of love for her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was famous for her lemon meringue pies and egg enchiladas. She loved spending time with her family and often reminisced of her younger years growing up in Santa Barbara. Martha was a devoted bingo player for many, many years and surely loved a good margarita. She loved music, dance, the beach. She cherished her times coming back to Santa Barbara to visit her sisters and family. martha passed peacefully surrounded by her loving husband and family. She is deeply missed but forever lives and in our hearts and souls.
