Burger Week is Back!

The Indy and Various Restaurants Team Up for Burger Week

To kick off summer, the Santa Barbara Independent teamed up once again with 19 eateries from Goleta to Carpinteria to bring you 7 days of $7 burgers. The event, which runs June 28-July 4, involves burgers of all shapes and sizes. Vegans, meat lovers, and everyone in between can find something delicious and up their alley. No matter which burger you choose to devour, be sure to snap a photo and share it on Instagram with #sbindyburgerweek to be entered to win a gift card to one of our Patty Partners. Below is the list of participants and what they’re serving up.

What's on the Menu

The Andersen's

Your Choice Burger: Your choice of a homemade veggie burger, ground chicken burger, or ground sirloin burger served on our homemade buns, with caramelized onions, tomatoes, lettuce, and relish sauce. You can add cheese, jalapeños, and fries if you’d like!

The Blue Owl

BOB Blue Owl Burger: House-made miso & seaweed bun, hoisin-glazed salmon patty, goat cheese with cream, and arugula. 5 W. Canon Perdido St.

Brasil Arts Café

X Burger: Grass-fed beef patty topped with cheddar cheese, BAC mayo, chimichurri, and vinaigrette sauce, on a locally baked brioche bun.
Black Bean Burger: House-made black-bean patty topped with avocado, lettuce, tomato, red onion, and chipotle mayo, on a locally baked brioche bun. 1230 State St.

The Brewhouse

The Ranch Hand: 1/3 lb beef grilled patty, topped with crispy pulled pork & melted pepper jack cheese on a brioche bun. Served with lettuce, tomato, pickle & mayo.

Creek Burger: Half pound premium blend of brisket, sirloin & chuck, provolone, lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle & Creek Sauce.
