Santa Barbara police investigators arrested two tenants for setting the blaze that consumed 1023 De la Vina Street on Friday morning. Police say the two were operating a home marijuana-to-marijuana oil conversion plant, and authorities reported that they uncovered 30 to 40 cans of butane — which are used in the conversion process — throughout the residence. Once distilled, pot oil can be used in the production of marijuana edibles.
