While we’re still determining our finalists for The Indy‘s first ever Sizzling Summer BBQ Contest, we do know two things:
1) The finalists, who will be named on May 18, will be judged on Thursday, May 20, by an esteemed panel that includes The Indy‘s George Yatchisin, Whole Foods’ John Jurey, Rancho San Julian’s Elizabeth Poett, and KTYD’s Julie Ramos. Emceeing will be handled by Restaurant Guy John Dickson of santabarbara.com. The public is invited to watch this sure-to-be-stellar showdown.
2) Cocktail judging will occur at Harry’s Plaza Café on Saturday, May 22. More details to follow.
