UCSB Faculty Continue to Protest New Health Insurance Plans

Drunk Driver Who Maimed Canadian Couple Pleads Guilty

Martin Leo Maguire, who ran head-on into a Canadian couple riding their motorcycle across the country in May, pleaded guilty last week to felony driving under the influence of alcohol and drugs causing injury, and admitted to having a prior reduced driving under the influence conviction in 2009.
