United Boys & Girls Clubs of Santa Barbara County Present the Campaign for Kids
Clubs UNITE this November and December for Kids in our Communities
This fall, listen out for and reach out to the United Boys & Girls Clubs of Santa Barbara County, as they present their Campaign for Kids. The United Boys & Girls Clubs of Santa Barbara County will host and participate in events in- and outside their typical club setting— and reconnect with their communities as active participants and important members.
The United Boys & Girls Clubs of Santa Barbara County is a non-profit organization that provides a safe, positive environment for youth between the ages of 5-18 years of age. United Boys & Girls Clubs operate to meet a community need and exist through donations and community support.
“Our vision is to provide a safe club experience with an emphasis on education within our communities that assures a successful future for every child in a healthy, caring, and positive environment,” said Gina Carbajal, Executive Director of the United Boys & Girls Clubs of Santa Barbara County. “We encourage each child to reach their full potential.”
The United Boys & Girls Clubs of Santa Barbara County offer a wide range of programs and services in five core areas: Character and Leadership Development; Education and Career Development; Health and Life Skills; the Arts and Sports, Fitness and Recreation. Today, the United Boys & Girls Clubs of Santa Barbara County strive to meet the financial demand of helping kids to meet life’s challenges. In order to sustain the resources that deliver these programs to their club members, the Campaign for Kids encourages the community to embrace them with even more generosity than in the past.
The Campaign for Kids seeks to reconnect and forge new community friendships. Parents and children of all ages are welcome this November and December to participate in events designed to recognize the vitality and impact of the United Boys & Girls Clubs in the communities of their four clubhouses: Carpinteria, Santa Barbara Westside, Goleta, Lompoc; and the Camp Whittier campsite.
This fall, be active in your community and join the United Boys & Girls Clubs of Santa Barbara County Campaign for Kids. Every donation helps!
