Gallegly Introduces Bill to Increase Firefighting AirSupport

Closure of Northbound Highway 101 in Gaviota

The northbound lanes of US. Highway 101 near Gaviota State Park will be closed 24/7 for about 2-3 weeks, tentatively beginning on Monday, July 9, to replace a drainage culvert under the highway.

Hybrid Health Check

Ayers Automotive Repairs will be holding a free Hybrid Health Check for owners of Toyota and Lexus Hybrids on Saturday June 30th from 8am to Noon at their Anacapa Street location. The trained technicians at Ayers Repairs will perform three diagnostic tests, as a part of the checkup and provide each owner with a printed “check up” on the health of their vehicle.
