It’s easy to get habituated and stuck in our own ruts as days, weeks, months and even years roll by. Storytelling has been used in every culture as a way to awaken to deep and transformative inner shifts within. When we can connect with the great wisdom of our body, and also to different characters in powerful stories we can begin to see our life circumstances and sense of clarity and empowerment in entirely new ways. Join Kelly for a powerful experience centered around the 5 Great Elements, myth, mantra and movement.
January 6: Expect a low and slow, EARTH Vinyasa Flow centered around the Feet, Legs & Hips beginning with a Ganesha story and mantra that inspires us to ground, clear your path and not be so ruled by the swirl of life.
February 3: Expect a flowing WATER Vinyasa centered around the Hips, Low belly, Low back & Side-body beginning with a Lakshmi story and mantra to help soften any rigidity and hardness, move our attention toward a sense of enoughness and gratitude, and find flow, creativity, connection and cohesion.
March 2: Expect a heat-building, FIRE-Y Vinyasa Flow centered around the abdominals and center of the body beginning with a Durga story and mantra to ignite your inner flame of knowing, willpower and discernment clarifying your deepest hearts desire.
April 13: Expect a sustained warmth in this Vinyasa Flow centered around AIR, your breath and your heart beginning with a Hanuman story and mantra to bring clarity to your deepest desires & Intention (Sankalpa) beginning with a Hamanun story and mantra to illuminate where you want to direct your very precious and sacred life force.
May 4: Expect to move slow and find SPACE in and around this Vinyasa Flow centered around your Throat, Third eye and Crown of the head beginning with a Shiva story and mantra to experience a sense of inner and outer spaciousness, to be able to see, speak and listen from a birds eye view, and to connect with aspects of Self that are infinite.
