Start fresh with clarity and intention. This workshop combines grounding yoga practices and reflective writing to align your body, breath, and purpose.
Through the myth and mantra of Ganesha, the remover of obstacles, we’ll connect to the muladhara chakra to cultivate stability and balance. Rooted in the energy of the earth, the practice focuses on creating alignment from the soles of your feet to the crown of your head. The slower-paced asana practice emphasizes synchronizing breath with steady, intentional movement, fostering a sense of grounding and inner calm.
Reflective writing invites you to explore what truly inspires you and how to channel your energy toward meaningful action. Leave feeling centered and empowered, with a renewed sense of purpose and a take-home worksheet to carry your insights into daily life.
