You are invited to a night of connection at Jane restaurant, a tried and true, community favorite, hosted by two local ladies, Restauranteur and Founder of the Communal Table, Jane Chapman and fellow guest collaborator and Chef, Sandra Adu Zelli, known for her award winning weekly pop up, Gipsy Hill Bakery. Together we will enjoy sips and light fare followed by an interactive conversation and lesson, discussing all things hosting, for the purpose of community and connection. Leaning into decades of experience in food and hospitality, Jane and Sandra will expertly guide guests with pro tips and practical advice on how to create meaningful gatherings around the table, starting at curating your guest list, menu design and execution, ambiance, decor, as well as lessons on how to keep high vibe conversation flowing. This is an interactive event designed for everyone from the seasoned professional to the burgeoning home cook hoping to expand in their ability to host with confidence, meaning and soul. This is an intimate event and limited to only 24 guests. Come prepared with questions as we will have time for a brief Q& A with Sandra & Jane after our interactive discussion.
A portion of the proceeds from this will benefit the Santa Barbara Culinary Experience in partnership with The Julia Child Foundation for Gastronomy and the Culinary Arts. Gratuity is included in the price of the ticket.
