Performance by Beau James Wilding Band

Gritty folk artist Beau James Wilding and band will be performing at Night Lizard Brewing Company  on Friday, November 3, 2023 from 8 – 10 PM. Beau is known for his emotionally charged, high energy shows which encompass tones of traditional folk and classic punk rock, tied together with a sense of tension and release theatricality.  Beau has recently released his third full-length album of original material, “seeing i god”, on vinyl and streaming services.

Beau has a foot firmly rooted in the folk tradition, rendering live his unique spins on the Childe ballads “Lowlands of Holland”, “The Blacksmith” and “Unfortunate Rake”.  The droning tones of synthesizer and the Shruti box intermittently permeate the background of Beau’s passionate vocal delivery, harkening back to a mysterious past. Beau is joined by Tom Kenny (bodhran and shruti box) and Chad Martin (electric guitar and synthesizer) for a sonic landscape that is more than the sum of it’s parts.
