Located in a 19th-century citrus packing house on the grounds of San Ysidro Ranch, the Stonehouse Restaurant is an unrivaled dining experience. San Ysidro Ranch has partnered with celebrated Napa winery Promontory[AM1] , for an exclusive coursed dinner paired with three unique vintages on Thursday, June 23.

Joined by Amanda Harlan, owner of Promontory, and winemaker David Cilli, this intimate dinner will showcase the 2012, 2014 and 2016 wines of Promontory, the Harlan family’s most recent endeavor from the rugged hillsides just beyond the western hills of Oakville in Napa. Stonehouse Executive Chef Matt Johnson has prepared a seasonal, locally sourced menu that works in perfect synergy with the three wines being poured for the occasion. Highlights include evocative Central Coast cuisine prepared with a palate of herbs and vegetables harvested from the Ranch’s organic chef’s garden. Complemented by five-star service and spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean and Channel Islands, guests will learn about the history of the property, Promontory’s winegrowing philosophy and the vintages showcased.
