Ecstatic Dance is a way to free your soul and move from within, no agenda or thinking needed.

Dance like no one is watching, power up your body, shake out tensions, strengthen mental focus, meet friends and engage your soul! You can’t get it wrong because you can’t get you wrong. Just come and move however you feel with this collective of SB DJ’s playing world music with eclectic beats and inspiring meaning.

* no talking on the dance floor, so non-verbal communication can grow
