Join us for an unforgettable five-course dinner celebrating the versatility and rich history of local strawberries—the largest cash crop in Santa Barbara County and a cornerstone of Ventura County’s renowned agriculture. Chef Jason Paluska and The Lark’s culinary team will craft each dish from scratch, showcasing the sweet, tart, and unexpected flavors of strawberries in innovative and delicious ways.
Throughout the evening, winemakers and a local strawberry farmer will be in attendance to share insights into their craft, highlighting what makes Oxnard-grown strawberries some of the best in the world. Thoughtfully paired with handcrafted cocktails and exceptional local wines, this experience promises a true taste of our region’s agricultural excellence.
A portion of the proceeds from the Taste of Santa Barbara will benefit the Santa Barbara Culinary Experience in partnership with The Julia Child Foundation for Gastronomy and the Culinary Arts.
