This class will cover the following:
- Mango & Jicama Salad with Avocado Cilantro Vinaigrette
- Rum Pepper Shrimp with Roasted Peppers
- Ropa Vieja (Braised Flank Steak) con arroz (with rice)
- Arroz Con Leche Rice Pudding with Toasted Cinnamon
