Diana Raab PhD
Join us for an afternoon to help you access your authentic voice and attain clarity and peace of mind through writing. Diana will gently guide you as you navigate your past and present experiences and express them through exercises. Whether you’ve kept a journal in the past or wish to start keeping one now, Diana will show you how maintaining a daily writing practice can lead to profound inner transformation and healing.
By tapping into the messages of your heart, you’ll learn how to nurture the creative spirit that resides within you. You may leave the workshop with nuggets of a writing idea or the beginnings of an entire project. Whatever the case, you will be amazed and inspired by the revelations that emerge.
