How Churchill Actually Led During World War II and How it Can Help Your Organization.

This isn’t one of those shallow “be an inspirational leader” motivational talks. British historian, Dr. Joseph Coohill, outlines the specific things that Churchill and other British leaders did to help win the Battle of Britain during World War II.

The Churchill legend is that he was the strategy genius, the lone voice inspiring his people, and was the sole person responsible for saving Western Civilization. The truth is that Churchill worked closely with dozens of teams responsible for different aspects of saving Britain from the Nazis. He was, in essence, a master project manager, years before the term was invented!
