Join Rev. Heidi Alfrey, Sven Holcomb, & Lauren Hopper for a day of visioning, gentle body movement & sound healing!

On Zoom or in-person in the Unity of Santa Barbara courtyard!
The morning session (10-noon) will feature an opening to the New Year through yoga with Lauren and sound healing with Sven. After individual lunch, the afternoon session (1-3) will be the creation of a vision board. Please bring your own magazines; we will provide poster board and other materials.
