After 210 homes in Santa Barbara and Montecito were destroyed by fire in November 2008, many home owners rebuilt with fire danger in mind. Presented by the American Institute of Architects Santa Barbara Chapter, the 2012 ArchitecTours showcases these homes and their state of the art fire-resistant design features.
