The third in a series of eight paintings by 18th century artist William Hogarth collectively called "The Rake's Progress", which served as inspiration for Igor Stravinsky's opera by the same name.

Igor Stravinsky’s only full-length opera is a tall order, but director David Paul is up to the task for the Music Academy of the West‘s 2012 Summer Festival.
