League of Women Voters Hosts Candidate Forum for Santa Barbara County 3rd District Supervisor

On January 24, 2024, the League of Women Voters of Santa Barbara hosted a candidate forum for the Santa Barbara County Board of Supervisors’ 3rd District ahead of the March 5 primary election. Moderator Claire VanBlaricum was joined by incumbent 3rd District Supervisor Joan Hartmann and her two challengers, Lompoc Mayor Jenelle Osbourne and investment banker Frank Troise. Watch the video below in English or Spanish.
