This past weekend, for the fifth year in a row, San Francisco’s Golden Gate Park played host to Outside Lands, the annual festival celebrating music, food, beverage, and art. Headliners included everyone from hard rockers (Metallica) to R&B icons (Stevie Wonder) to rock ‘n’ roll giants (Neil Young & Crazy Horse). And the supporting lineup delivered big, with sets from Jack White, Foo Fighters, Beck, Andrew Bird, Norah Jones, and Skrillex, just to name a few. Add to that a lush forest setting, cool weather conditions, and a few thousand eager fans, and you’ve got the makings for a killer three-day party.
