The campaign is now underway to fund the development of the Santa Barbara Community Arts Workshop at the corner of Ortega and Garden streets.
A permanent home for the volunteer float-building efforts that power the annual Summer Solstice Parade, the workshop will also become a place for artistic endeavors of all types. This video by Russ Spencer, featuring numerous civic leaders, nonprofit heads, politicians, and artisans, kicks off the publicity efforts.
