Wags ‘n’ Whiskers Fest

S.B. County’s Largest Adoption Event


On Sunday, August 28, CARE4Paws hosts its third annual Wags ’n’ Whiskers Festival. Santa Barbara County’s largest adoption festival features adoptable dogs, cats, and bunnies from 20-plus animal shelters and rescue and animal-welfare groups. Attendees can watch agility shows by Goleta Valley Dog Club, Flyball with the Supersonic, police and search-dog performances, and great pet contests. CARE4Paws’ Pawsitive Thinking Kids Corner teaches kids (and adults) how to care for all living beings. The fest is11 a.m.-4 p.m. at Girsh Park in Goleta.
