Much like he chose to be a white male of privilege (a choice which I myself have made), these vagrants have chosen to sully our streets with their wretched lifestyle choices. Kudos to you, brave council member, for stating the obvious and reinforcing your well-deserved image as a responsible man of deep wisdom!

Use of public property - non taxed. Use of public resources(water fountain) - no fee paid. Collecting tips (no taxes paid)
