On Natural History Museum Approval Appealed

Per ambient noise: The dramatic increase of street traffic causes far more noise than the occasional use of the trash bins. Also, the normal pre-existing ingress/egress of people using the museum that has been going on for decades causes more noise than the *temporary* placement of trash cans.
To the Careys, Zimmer, and Soloman: Santa Barbara is changing--and not for the better, and you are focusing your rage on the museum when you should face the fact that the misguided policies of the city as a whole are the reason you people are so angry and uptight over the fact that there are simply too many people concentrated into a geographically small area.
Even if the museum shuts down, you will still have plenty to be angry about.
On a side note: The comment about "sell your $3 million dollar home" was not necessary.
