Is Morua going to have to hire yet another different lawyer for when Genis's law license is taken from him? I am glad to see that Genis's shenanigans have finally caught up to him. His outlandish comments in the Indy and his constant unprofessionally trying of cases in the court of public opinion is not professional conduct.
My heart goes out to the Dies family. May this all be over soon and not turned into the normal Genis circus.

Ted quit the Highway Patrol 20 years ago to stay home and raise his kids. I don't think he qualifies for the "retired" police officer title.
In regards to Doug I hope he learns not to pick on old people anymore.

Loony cute graphic, cite sources please. Otherwise like all your others stuff it is just fiction. But then again why worry about facts.

How long should they wait with neighbors out of their homes in the cold? 8 hours, 12 hours, 1 day, 7 days? What is your magic number?
The article said they arrived at 6:15 pm and called everyone out. They tried tear gas at 5 hours, not breaching. The photo of the suspect says that the police were entering at 1245am. 6 1/2 hours after they first ordered him out.
If they waited longer wouldn't the house have filled up with more gas and eventually explode? Wouldn't your idea, even knowing what the article states, be the wrong thing to do? Or do you think the exploding fire ball would just be contained to his house? How should they have dealt with the gas filling the house, just wait it out and see what happens?
So how long should they have waited? If you were his neighbor evacuated from your home would you feel the same way? I challenge you to go to a park and sit there for 6 1/2 hours, then come back and tell me that wasnt much time.
You assume that the negotiators didnt try and talk to him or keep him talking, why? It doesnt say that in the story. When I read the story I assumed they tried and he refused to talk or told them to go away and he wasn't giving up. They did something dor 6 1/2 hours. But maybe I am wrong.

I love people like whatsinsb... They take their Movie/TV knowledge and put it to good use.
I think you are off on your times and then make assumptions. I would suggest you reread the article.

Loony you have posted nothing relevant about the DA or our local police.
Your examples are as relevant as me saying that the government once supported slavery so SBPD is racist. See a connection?
Kind of sounds far flung huh? That is the way I read your posts. Now if you were to say you don't trust the cops in city XYZ and post an article about news that is relevant to that XYZ city I would say you were cooking with gas.
Blind fear based on nothing more than imagination is like a child afraid of the dark because there are monsters in movies. Adults should not function this way.

They didn't shoot him because they were afraid JohnLocke would compare them to NYPD again.

"Ya the government has an impeccable record of accurately investigating itself." - Opinion
Present a fact were the current DA's office has been found corrupt please. Wide sweeping statements presented without factual basis is just opinion.

No loon it is actually fact. Read the investigation conducted by the DA office.

Loon and JL I knew neither of you would answer my question.
JL using your statement then in 2011 SBPD had no officer shootings. That is 100% fewer then NYPD. So what is your point? NYPD should learn from SBPD? Are you not catching on? I provide links to back up my statements to prove I am not manufacturing statements like you and loon do. You spew opinion masquerading as fact and then becomes hurt when people call you on it. You are entitled to your OPINION, that is what is great about this country. But I am also entitled to disagree with you and point out your errors. Which is what i continue to do.
This article that we are commenting on is about an SBPD shooting. the fact that your only supporter is another cop hater should clue you in that you are a minority. If you are trying to sway my opinion then I would suggest you state facts with verifiable resources. Otherwise your rants are just a waste of your time. But you have been doing it since the '70s (according to you) so at least you are persistent. How much change have you brought about in the past 40 years?
