Why doesn't the Indy mention that Santa Barbara is number 16 on that same list?

Oh jeez Daryl is at it again. I guess with all his free time from being suspended from the bar he can really hack it up playing the internet troll on the Indy's comment section. Just a bit of advise darling.... Wear a hat, you bald head should be covered in case of skin cancer. Glad to see you are impressing the people as always with your self inspired greatness.

Is Morua going to have to hire yet another different lawyer for when Genis's law license is taken from him? I am glad to see that Genis's shenanigans have finally caught up to him. His outlandish comments in the Indy and his constant unprofessionally trying of cases in the court of public opinion is not professional conduct.
My heart goes out to the Dies family. May this all be over soon and not turned into the normal Genis circus.

Ted quit the Highway Patrol 20 years ago to stay home and raise his kids. I don't think he qualifies for the "retired" police officer title.
In regards to Doug I hope he learns not to pick on old people anymore.

Loony cute graphic, cite sources please. Otherwise like all your others stuff it is just fiction. But then again why worry about facts.

How long should they wait with neighbors out of their homes in the cold? 8 hours, 12 hours, 1 day, 7 days? What is your magic number?
The article said they arrived at 6:15 pm and called everyone out. They tried tear gas at 5 hours, not breaching. The photo of the suspect says that the police were entering at 1245am. 6 1/2 hours after they first ordered him out.
If they waited longer wouldn't the house have filled up with more gas and eventually explode? Wouldn't your idea, even knowing what the article states, be the wrong thing to do? Or do you think the exploding fire ball would just be contained to his house? How should they have dealt with the gas filling the house, just wait it out and see what happens?
So how long should they have waited? If you were his neighbor evacuated from your home would you feel the same way? I challenge you to go to a park and sit there for 6 1/2 hours, then come back and tell me that wasnt much time.
You assume that the negotiators didnt try and talk to him or keep him talking, why? It doesnt say that in the story. When I read the story I assumed they tried and he refused to talk or told them to go away and he wasn't giving up. They did something dor 6 1/2 hours. But maybe I am wrong.

I love people like whatsinsb... They take their Movie/TV knowledge and put it to good use.
I think you are off on your times and then make assumptions. I would suggest you reread the article.
