Despite having to relocate, the teacher taught the entire day and the students did not skip a beat in their learning!

On Small Fire at Cleveland School

I am always baffled that some one has not seen people walking on 154 and called police ( on their hands-free device, of course) to alert them to a potenial suicide on the bridge. Perhaps the County Sheriffs should post a telephone number if it seems that someone may be contemplating suicide. At 28 years old, so much more to live for. Very sad.

From the press conference, it seems that both East and West Camino are under mandatory evac. Anyone seeing what's going on around there?
Any news would be appreciated.

Any news about West Camino Cielo. It has been difficult to figure out what is going on with West Camino Cielo as the news often reports Camino Cielo and for those of us up in the mountains, it makes a difference. We have evacuated and would appreciate any news. Thank you Independent!

We on West Camino Cielo do not think of our beautiful area as a " death zone"!!!

Currently we are in a evacuation warning zone- waiting and watching as the helicopters and planes work on the hills across from us.

Up here on West Camino Cielo we just received a reverse 911 and we are on evacuation warning.
We did this with the Gap Fire so we know the drill. Nerve wracking, none the less
