The 1993 Michael Jackson Grand Jury thought of him as a pompous ass after a month of testimony with only mothers looking for money, and no children testifying. I thought the Jackson family should have hired the 1993 Grand Jury for his next Grand Jury. At the end Tom said "I'm keeping this case open in case more evidence is forthcoming". The jury discussed this statement, and came up with "full of himself" and "pompous ass" statements. I worked with a Grand Jury member. Lawyers in general have a very bad reputation, and DA's even worse. Especially if you fire the guy you ran against on the next day.

Make the law to ride in the river bed. It's there to contain water. If anything grows there it should be removed. Vehicles do a service if they damage growth in a riverbed. You state the location "near the riverbed"Reminder "4 wheel vehicles are inherently more dangerous than 2 wheel off road motorcycles", they tip over easily around corners and are really heavy. Motorcycles don't tip over around corners. I was thinking of buying the kids 4 wheelers until I read the dangers.
There are more important donuts to protect. Thankfully, that is well protected. Fort Knox is considering adding the largest donut shop in the country.

Make them and their parents pay back every last penny. Which after many years will cure them of wasting other peoples money. If there was a third criminal, the parents will get that name out of their kid so to lessen their financial burden. Stupid lazy F*CKS!

There is a lot of death nowadays for people in their 40's and 50's. Doctors don't know the real cause of high blood pressure, or so my cardiologist told me. I would guess he had unknown high blood pressure and had a heart attack while he slept. Doctors love money, so there is no need to make people healthy preventatively (apologies to the good and not greedy doctors). Family history would probably show parent or grandparent died of heart attack in their 50's. It's easier to die than you think so exercise and good food makes you live longer. .

Pay frozen since 2006, 12% sounds ok. I have had 3% raise the past 8 years, that's 26% higher than 2006. 12% is 1.5% raise per year for 8 years, that's extreme fair. On a calculator 1.015^8 gets you to 12%.But please list everyone's salary in California for the same position. Crap pay gets crap employees and we all know public servants can vary wildly in their crap factor.
