The property value around the hospital is definitely going down. They didnt loose people when they had to land near by or in oxnard. Thank god im a renter and i am not stuck here. Im just glad i dont have PTSD or i would be crawling around in the bushes. At least the ambulances shut off their sirens. Not once in three years did it seem like i was living near a hospital. So Draxor are you gonna give me the $2000 I need for a security deposit to move. Didnt think so, and thats why im going to continue to complain. I like how Cottage blamed the other helicopter company for the noise. P.S. I dont want to be friends with you draxtor.

This is all a set up for a civil suit against Tudor and SBPD. If they settle out of court in the state of CA, the department has to pay his attorney fees. So if you win a civil suit against any police department in CA that department pays the attorney fees of the person that sued. Which means the attorney will bring on a case against the police department, the police department after a few court meetings says ok we want to settle and will pay you(the client) $10, The attorney will tell you to take it because his $100,000 bill will be paid by the offending police department. So Tudor may have not done anything criminal but could be open for a civil suit against him but more importantly could open up a suit against the police department which has more money than Turdo.

Your friends must be pushing retirement how old are they late 40's early 50's. Just recently in CA there has been three police officers that have shot three unarmed men. One guy died in oakland after a poorly trained cop shot him in the back. So if there not pulling there gun why has there been an increase in police shootings of unarmed men. Well let me also mention that glock 27 and the glock 35 also fires a 40 caliber round. I was really referring to the 40 caliber uniformed ammunition that law enforcement uses typically goes with a glock.

I was calling AZ a police state because in theory they could pull anyone over white black blue brown and yellow with the propbale cause of they looked foreign based on the officers perception. I was talking about a glock 40 caliber you for got the glock 23 is also a 40 caliber and yes gun point is acceptable late at night and an individual jumps out of there car even if he doesnt know he is being pulled over. So beating someone up and breaking their ribs is better then having gun or taser pointed at you. Waz your telling me late night in oakland or south central or eastside la you get pulled over and jump out of the car they will Not pull a gun on you? I know that for a fact if you jump out of your car your gonna have a gun in your face.

The officer at the time of the beating didnt even know if he had a drink so the fact that he is or is not drunk does not matter because the traffic stop was for failure to signal before a lane change. The cop can run the plate but how does he know if the owner of the tuck did not let a friend borrow his truck and the friend is the one driving, he cant, its called probable cause thats why he followed him to get probable cause, which was the failure to signal before a lane change. So you think everyone that fails to signal before or during a lane change should be beat to the point of broken ribs? At the time of the beating he was not a drunk driver he was nothing more than a person with a traffic infraction. By the way you can see it in the full speed version on the local news, the cop engaged his lights at the time they were both turning into the parking lot (look at the tailgate of the truck for the flashing lights). So i wouldnt say there was a chase. The fact that you think he got what he deserves based on a traffic infraction is what makes you seem like a dictator.

I have had a family member killed by a drunk. I had a friend kill himself drunk driving when he was 17. I dont care about the drunk because its a misdemeanor and does not warrant another misdemeanor of assault. The point i was making is that a dui is misdemeanor just like walking through someones lawn without permisson, so Mr Arizona i know you came from a police state where they ask for your papers but if you walk on someones lawn without their permission that is a misdemeanor then you are considered a methed out gun toting crazy and can be beat as such. Give up your freedom for safety and you will have no freedoms nor safety from the government that you pay taxes to. I saw the video in real time and if the police officer was in LA or Oakland he would not have ran up on him so fast. He would have stayed behind his door and drew his Glock 40 and told him to get on the ground. In the video that was at full speed the part that looks like he is resisting is when he it getting stunned from the Taser X26 Electronic Control Device.
