After years of page-turning in De la Guerra Plaza, the Santa
Barbara Book & Author Festival is moving to the S.B. Public
Library this fall. The free festival will beheld Saturday,
September 30, from 10:30 a.m.- 5 p.m. See sbbookfestival.org.
