Santa Barbara-based Big Dog Sportswear, with annual sales of more than $200 million, is weighing in on the crime of dog-fighting in the wake of star quarterback Michael Vick’s animal cruelty conviction. A new line of Big Dog T-shirts, hitting the stores on August 31, bear designs that ridicule the NFL quarterback, including an illustration of the company’s mascot dog dressed in an Uncle Sam outfit and spanking a squalling Vick.
