For the first time since the News-Press/National Labor Relations Board hearing began, Wendy McCaw was seen entering the U.S. Bankruptcy Court where the proceedings have been held. McCaw – seen in the above photo next to fiance and co-publisher Arthur Von Wiesenberger – owns both the News-Press and the courthouse in which the NLRB has been alleging that the paper’s management committed labor violations. Whether McCaw’s attorney Barry Cappello will be calling her to testify today is unknown, but check in at Independent.com for a report later this afternoon from Matt Kettmann.
