The Wildling Art Museum (2329 Jonata St., Los Olivos) will hold an awards dinner and benefit auction on Saturday, September 20, to open their fall exhibition, Nocturnes. Honorees include Santa Barbara natural history teacher Dr. Fred and his wife and Women’s Environmental Watch Save Our Skies leader Nancy Emerson. Tickets are $175. RITES FOR PASSAGE
Santa Barbara artist Arnette Jens Zerbe will be exhibiting Passages, a series of paintings on canvas, linen, and paper, in New York City’s Robert Steele Gallery (511 W. 25th St.) starting Friday, September 5.
